Wine tasting at the Isle Verte campsite in Montsoreau

The campsite l’Isle Verte in Montsoreau, near Saumur, is the ideal destination for wine lovers. Situated in the village of Montsoreau, on the banks of the Loire, it is within walking distance of several wine estates where you can taste the wines of Saumur-Champigny. Opposite the campsite, the Domaine de la Perruche allows you to taste the white and red wines of Saumur in its troglodytic cellar, dug into the hillside. If you wish, the campsite can even organise a boat trip to the confluence of the Loire and Vienne rivers in the company of a winemaker who will let you taste his wines during the trip. On the campsite, wine tastings take place several times a week. And to help you in your visits, Isle Verte has designed a Loire wine passport which takes you through 12 estates carefully selected by Clément and whose wines you will find on the restaurant menu.
